1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of digital products (business-plan PDF, financial model and AI prompts) on Prévio. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products & price

Pack: $29. Complete Bundle: $49. One-time payment, no subscription. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required by the payment provider.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally immediately after payment via a download link sent by email. As digital content, they are made available before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period with your explicit acceptance.

4. Right of withdrawal & refund

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered before the end of the 14-day period once performance has begun with prior express consent. However, Prévio applies a commercial 14-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy).

5. License

Purchased templates are licensed for use by the buyer. Resale, sharing or redistribution of the source files is strictly prohibited.
